There seems to be an ongoing struggle for fast food companies to make food products that are healthier and, in some cases, organic. These fast food chains are joining them.It is official, according Pizza Hut CEO David Gibbs, who stated recently that the fast food change will be coming soon based on customer demands. You can now say good-bye to artificial colors and flavors in their products by the end of July 2015.

Taco Bell will follow suit, but also eliminating trans fats by the end of 2015 as well. So why the big change all of a sudden? According to Mr. Gibbs, the companies want to meet the demands of the public, who want to eat healthier, but still enjoy fast food.

As you recall, Chipolte recently stepped up their menu, by trying to eliminate all foods that would be connected to GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms) in their food products. Last year, General Mills promised to take GMO's out of their Cherrios.

Do you think this is a good trend? How will this altar the taste of the product? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
