Converse Roundabout Construction Delayed by Weather

Were you dreading the closure of the Converse and Pershing intersection near Cole Shopping Center? Construction on the new roundabout coming to that intersection in east Cheyenne has been delayed by weather this week.Preparations have been made to close off the intersection with orange barrels and cones once the snow clears up. Construction is expected to last until this Fall.

Motorists are advised to find alternative routes once the construction begins and detours will be in place. Officials suggest using Windmill, Ridge Road or College as north-south routes and East Lincolnway, Dell Range and Storey Boulevard as east-west alternatives.
