In 2013, Taylor Swift had a concert in Denver, Colorado. In a meet & Greet prior to the show, Taylor posed with KYGO country DJ David Mueller aka “Jackson,” which led to Swift leveling an accusation of sexual assault, i.e., groping Taylor.

David, who denies he did anything wrong, was banned from the concert, then shortly after, fired from his $150,000 job.

Mueller eventually filed suit, claiming slander, interference with business relationships and tortious interference with future business relationships.

Jury selection begins today, August 7, in Denver’s Federal District Court. The trial is expected to last about 9 days

 

In this case of he said she said, a photo from the shoot is expected to play a big part in the trial that seems to be the hot ticket in town.

Taylor is counter suing for assault and battery.
