Five Artists With The Most Cheyenne Frontier Days Concerts

This month, Charlie Daniels will break his own record when he returns the Daddy of 'Em All for the 11th time. Here are the five artists with the most CFD concerts.

1. Charlie Daniels - 10. The devil came down to Frontier Days in 1979 and came back in '80, '81, '82, '83, '88, '92, '96, 2000, and 2011.

2. (Tie) George Strait - 8. The King of Country came to CFD for the first time in 1988 and returned in '89, '91, '93, '94, '96, 2004, and 2009.

2. (Tie) Johnny Cash - 8. The Man in Black performed three consecutive nights at CFD in 1977 and 1980, then played a two-night stand in 1986.

4. (Tie) Chris LeDoux - 7. LeDoux competed in the CFD Rodeo for 16 years. As a musician, he played Frontier Days seven times, including a duet with Garth Brooks in 1996. LeDoux's final CFD show was in 2003.

4. (Tie) Reba McEntire - 7. The Queen of Country's first CFD concert was in 1989. She returned in '90, '92, '99, 2000, 2007, and 2012.
