Hunting season is almost here. Which begs the question, how likely are you to bag that big buck on your next hunting trip?

According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department's 2015 Harvest Report, your chances are pretty good.

Last season, 70.7% of deer hunters in the Cowboy State were successful. Locals had a 65.9% success rate, compared to a 82.2% success rate for out of state hunters.

Black Bear are the most difficult animals to hunt here in Wyoming. Of the nearly 4,500 licenses sold last year, only 11.8% of hunters were succesful.

Elk can also be difficult to hunt. Only 42% of elk hunts were successful in Wyoming last year.

Antelope are among the easiest animals to find, with hunters reporting a 93.3% success rate.

If you're lucky enough to get a license to hunt Mountain Goat, you're almost guaranteed to get one. Of the only 34 valid Mountain Goat licenses distributed last year, 100% of hunters were successful.
