Is McDonald’s Handing out Swearing Minions in Happy Meals? [VIDEO]

Listen to this Minion toy and tell me if it sounds like it's cussing. I don't hear it, but plenty of others do.

According to Paul B who posted the video:

Toy from a happy meal that we got from McDonald's promoting the new "Minions" movie. Pretty sure it is saying "Well I'll be damned." And "WTF"

Now, I didn't want my thought to be skewed so I didn't read it until I listened a couple of times. After I read what he wrote, yeah, I can kind of hear it if I use my imagination. I can see where they're coming from, but what you do think?
