Altruism aside, NBC’s Red Nose Day always manages to put together some impressive parodies, as we saw last year with the Game of Thrones cast getting together for an album. This year, The Walking Dead takes it to some bizarre heights, as Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus imagine a Walking Dead add-on in the style of the Star Wars Holiday Special.

Never you mind trying to figure out which actors are still on set and why, the brief parody features cameos from fellow Walking Dead stars Josh McDermitt, Steven Yeun, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand and even David Morrissey, not to mention Melissa McBride with a 16-minute drum solo (something we’d legitimately pay to witness). We won’t spoil everything, but Jeff Goldblum as Daryl’s eccentric relative? We’d take a thousand batty cliffhangers to make that a reality.

It’s certainly all in good fun, as the second annual Red Nose Day in the US raised upwards of $31.5 million to help children in need in the U.S. and in some of the poorest communities around the world. Watch the video above, and get right back to conspiracy sleuthin’ for Season 7.
