Because the margin of votes against and for Propositions 11 and 14 were within one percent, Lee's office had to recount the ballots for the two propositions.

The recount did not change the results; however, it did change the numbers.

Tuesday night's count had 50.44 percent voting against Prop 11 -- the gym and gymnastics facility for Cheyenne -- and 50.34 percent voting for Prop 14 -- Cheyenne’s minimum revenue guarantee for the airport -- while the recount had 50.42 percent voting against Prop 11 and 50.33 percent voting for Prop 14.

The county canvassing board will meet on Friday, Nov. 5, at 11 a.m. to certify the election results.
