Laramie County Fire Warden Issues Smoke Warning

Laramie County Fire Warden Matt Butler says cleanup efforts from a big grass fire north of Cheyenne earlier this week.

Crews were called out on Monday afternoon to battle a large fire in the Channel Drive area north of the city. Butler says during the fire a lot of hay bales were burned.

He says cleanup efforts over the next few days have the potential to create large amounts of smoke.
