Neighbors helping Neighbors. We responded to the 100 block of County Road 154 southeast of Carpenter this morning in Laramie County Fire District 4 response area for a reported explosion and structure fire. We responded with a total of 8 personnel a structure engine, water tender, brush truck and a command unit. We are fortunate to have several dedicated Volunteers to be able to help our neighboring agencies and their citizens. 6 out of the 8 responders had already arrived at their place of employment to start the work day. Those 6 Firefighters are employed by 2 local companies. If not for their employers support in letting these employees leave, the outcome of today's incident may have been different. Thank you JD Manufacturing and High West Energy for supporting your employees and their volunteerism.

We'll update this article with more information as details become available.
