Anyone who's gotten the opportunity to spend time on CSU's Mountain Campus knows there's something really special about it (or, you're like me, and you've just heard great stories). Odell is paying tribute to that, while helping raise some funds with the one-night-only release of Mountain Campus IPA.

According to CSU's release, Odell Brewing Marketing Manager Adam D’Antonio said that the brewery's CEO, Eric Smith, was born in Fort Collins and 'has fond memories of attending Eco Week as a kid at the Mountain Campus.' CSU's Mountain Campus, which was threatened (and fortunately spared) by the Cameron Peak Fire in 2020, is 1,600 acres at about 9,000 feet, 53 miles west of Fort Collins. There are 70 buildings and only 300 students can attend at a time.

Odell's Mountain Campus IPA will be available starting Wednesday, November 3, at a special release at the brewery from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. — and that's it! You can read more about the beer and its release here.

CSU's Mountain Campus now has new collegiate neighbors (sort of). Joining the campus in the mountains of Larimer County is the new University of Denver campus, formerly the old Girl Scout ranch near Red Feather Lakes. The James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus at Magic Sky Ranch, however, is around half the size of CSU's campus in Pingree Park, at 724 acres.
