The puck drops at 7:35 p.m. on Saturday, January 30 to start the action on ice inside the  Cheyenne  Ice and Events Center in Cheyenne. You can watch our Cheyenne Stampede take on the Superior RoughRiders out of Boulder County, Colorado.

This local junior hockey team’s warm ups begin about 30 minutes before game time at the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center 1530 W. West Lincolnway. Then its flesh and blood on steel skates with wooden sticks slapping rubber pucks trying to get the biscuit in the basket for the score. I love to support youth and local, and staying on budget for a night out. Ready for something different?

The Cheyenne Stampede is a junior hockey team comprised of 16 to 20 year olds who live with host families in town.  They work hard with a mission of taking on every team they face on the ice, and battle it out to the end.

The game gets underway this Saturday night at 7:35pm.  Tickets for the game range from $7 to $10, and you can get them online at cheyennestampede.com, or call 307-630-3499.
