This Colorado County is Number One in the U.S. for Tornadoes

Forget tornado ally, Weld County is the number 1 spot to run into a tornado. Sunday there were 30 tornadoes reported across the country, 10 of them were right here in Colorado according to CBS Denver. There were no reports of damage or personal injury.

At DIA Flights were cancelled, or diverted because of the storm.

Tornadoes are not uncommon here during the spring, so, if you're a newbie like me no need to be worried. Peak tornado season is from late May until the middle of June.
