Tonight Is Thankful Thursday

Our first Thankful Thursday of 2015 is tonight at the Redwood Lounge starting at 4:30. We're raising funds for The Cheyenne Animal Shelter.

I am so ready for our first session of Thankful Thursday tonight at the Redwood Lounge 2105 East Lincolnway. We'll start the party with a purpose at 4:30. I'll be hosting with Alf, former owner of the Redwood Lounge, owner of Alf's Pub and Package Liquor. We'll have five chances to win $500.00 tonight. We'll play the card game, where you buy as many cards as you want and we keep going until you are in our out. The 50/50 is another popular game we play to raise money for the charities. Last year we had the largest pot ever at $1,200.

The auction items are incredible and ever once in a while you get a great deal. Shh don't tell anyone but we have a pair Garth Brooks concert tickets tonight in the auction. We'll see everyone at the party with a purpose. We've raised close to $600,000 in our fifth year and we'll keep going, one charity in Cheyenne at a time.
