Wildly Popular Krispy Kreme Could Be Coming to Fort Collins

The closest Krispy Kreme location to Northern Colorado is located in Thornton at 1051 East 120th Avenue. But that could change soon as it is being reported by BizWest that plans for a Fort Collins Krispy Kreme location are underway.

The possible Fort Collins location would be equipped with a drive-thru to get those fresh, warm glazed doughnuts on the go. The proposed location for the Krispy Kreme location would be at 4624 South Mason Street where Fazoli's used to be located.

According to BizWest, the location is already equipped with a drive-thru, and no parking or landscaping would be modified for the new 3,100 square foot location of a Fort Collins Krispy Kreme.

Planning for the Fort Collins Krispy Kreme location is currently underway and a conceptual review of the location is scheduled for Thursday at 10:15 a.m. The Fort Collins Krispy Kreme location is being run by engineers Kimley-Horn.

Currently, there are two Krispy Kreme locations in the state of Colorado. The Thornton location and the Lone Tree location at 7514 East Parkway Drive. A third Krispy Kreme location is in the construction phase in Colorado Springs. This upcoming Colorado location broke ground earlier this month.

Is it possible that we could see more Krispy Kreme locations pop up soon in Northern Colorado? Ideally, a location in Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, and Johnstown would be perfect for Northern Colorado and the doughnut lovers that live here.
