2014 Cheyenne Ball Drop Tuesday Night

The Third Annual Cheyenne Ball Drop to welcome in the new year is scheduled for midnight on Tuesday, according to Visit Cheyenne CEO Darren Rudloff.

He says festivities will get underway at 11pm on Tuesday at the Cheyenne Depot Plaza. with music, a DJ and other events. Rudloff says the free event will also include a laser show, fireworks and other activities to mark the new year.

Steve Cooper and Teri Landreth from Townsquare Media radio stations KING-FM AND 106.3 Cowboy Country will also be on the scene broadcasting live from the plaza. Rudloff emphasizes the event is ”family friendly” and says both children and adults will enjoy the show.
