Cheyenne Homegrown: Submit Your Band to be Played on KING FM

Did you know we play Cheyenne bands on 101.9 KING FM?

If you are in a local band, or if you know someone who plays around the area, let us know and we might put you on the air as some of Cheyenne's Homegrown.

On Sunday night, we have a new feature just before Alice Cooper takes over at 7 p.m. I'm playing some of the local talent here on the radio on Cheyenne's Homegrown.

There are a lot of musicians around the Cheyenne area who regularly jam at the many venues up and down the front range. Many even attempt to make a living at it, although most need to have a 'real job' to support their not so cheap hobby.

Some of the bands we have coming up, you may have heard of while others could be making their debut on our program. I'll be talking with many of Cheyenne's groups and playing some of their cover tunes and original songs over the airwaves and streaming their jams on our website. Some great exposure for those hard working singers and songwriters out there.
