Evans Expects Continued Jobless Decline

Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Director Joan Evans says she expects the state’s jobless rate to continue to decline. Evans notes the overall statewide trend in recent months has been very small declines in the statewide rate from month to month.

Evans notes there hasn’t been any single month with a particularly large drop, and that some counties in the state have fluctuated from month to month. But most counties have seen overall declines, and she says based on current trends she thinks “we’re really starting to see things pick up”.
