If you haven't, then get over to the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center, 150 West Lincolnway, on Friday, January 10, and watch the Cheyenne Stampede skate against the Boulder Bison beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Are you a Thunderbird supporter? Cheyenne East High School faces the Broncs on the road in Sheridan tonight, Friday, November 8, at 6.

Will you be at the final regular season game held at Okie Blanchard Stadium? The #2 ranked East High Thunderbirds host #1 Gillette for homecoming tonight at Okie Blanchard Stadium, kick off is at 7. With a win, the T-Birds would host a playoff game at the 55-year-old facility.

Sometimes it’s hard to be a parent who has kids in sports, when they win, it’s great but when they loose, it can be pretty saddening. But, as my parents always believed, it’s just a part of growing up, and sometimes loosing can teach our kids how to be better sports when it comes to loosing, and that they gave it their all and should be proud of themselves. It's an opportunity for kids to learn by the mistakes, take it on the chin, and prepare to win next time. But what if your child’s high school football team looses 91 to 0?!!!

Are you rooting for the Red Sox or the Cardinals? The stage is set for the 2013 World Series between Boston and St. Louis starting at 6:07 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, at Fenway Park.

Have you been to a Cheyenne Stampede game yet? The local junior hockey team opens their home season at the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center on West Lincolnway this Friday, October 18 at 7:35 p.m. Warm ups begin about 30 minutes before game time.

Will you be rooting for the Indians at Riske Field tonight? The Cheyenne Central Indians host the #2 ranked team in the state, the Sheridan Broncs, at 6 p.m. tonight, October 11.

Have you ever been to the races at Big Country Speedway in south Cheyenne? There's still a couple weeks left to catch them this season. On most Saturday nights, you can hear the roar of the engines at Big Country Speedway, 4820 South Greeley Highway, starting at 6 p.m. The stands open at 3 p.m. and hot lapping and qualifying begins about 2 p.m.

Will you be braving the weather to watch Central High School host Laramie tonight? It's week 4 of the high school football season and the #5 ranked Central Indians play the Laramie Plainsmen at Riske Field beginning at 7 p.m.

Have you seen any high school football yet this season? The weather should be great to catch some of the action tonight under the Friday night lights.
