Cheyenne Neighborhood Springs Up on Top of Ridge Road

Have you noticed all the houses being built on top of Ridge Road?

The Thomas Heights subdivision was just being leveled off in December of 2015 when I took my first picture, now it's become a full neighborhood.

The Thomas Heights community holds their grand opening on Saturday, May 21, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. They'll have a barbeque, lots of prizes to give away and live music from Southern Fryed from noon until 2 p.m.

The new addition to Cheyenne will include 193 single-family home sites along Thomas Road between Ridge Road and College Drive. When completed, the subdivision will have a detention pond, 2 community parks, 18 community gardens, a half court for basketball and a gazebo with picnic and barbeque areas.
