Colorado natives tend to cringe at the arrival of anything from California, but hopefully In-N-Out Burger will be an exception.

The popular chain recently announced its ninth proposed Colorado location (see the other ones here).

According to The Gazette, the latest locale will replace an old Outback Steakhouse in First & Main Town Center in Colorado Springs.

The company has already signed a 20-year lease of the property, which is set to open with a patio, parking, and a drive-thru by 2021.

However, the publication reports that the potential new location is, well, just potential, as In-N-Out vice president of real estate Carl Arena said "it truly is too early to know when, or even if, we will open a restaurant at this site."

But if all goes well, Colorado Springs will not only be home to one of the chain's new locations, but also its headquarters, which is expected to open later this year.

In the meantime, we can all enjoy some of NoCo's Best burgers.
