Got an extra $700,000 burning a hole in your pocket? Now you can own one of Cheyenne's most historic landmarks.

Since 1892, the Tivoli Building has been been a bar, brewery, brothel, Chamber of Commerce office, college classroom, clothing store, coffee shop, restaurant, storage facility and served as campaign headquarters for Wyoming Governor Matt Mead, who has owned the building since 2006.

Last month, Mead put the storied structure on the market.

For those of us who can't afford to buy it, here's a virtual tour of the palatial, three-story Victorian.

The elegantly equainted first floor hasn't changed much since the building was last occupied by the Freedom's Edge Brewing Company in 2014. It also includes a large basement that once served as an underground speakeasy during prohibition and a cold storage facility for the Pabst Beer company.

Mead commisioned Cheyenne architect Glen Garret to help renovate the building in 2007.

The second floor features two remodeled office spaces and restrooms.

Realtors are shopping the building to potential buyers who would, ideally, operate a retail establishment on the ground floor while renting out office space on the second floor and a two bedroom apartment on the third floor.

The 900-square-foot top floor residence features a refurnished kitchen and bathroom with modern appliances.

In 2012, Mead was honored by the Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board for helping restore and preserve the charm and character of the legendary landmark.

And now, it can all be yours for the low, low price of $700,000.
