Got an extra $700,000 burning a hole in your pocket? Now you can own one of Cheyenne's most historic landmarks.

Since 1892, the Tivoli Building has been been a bar, brewery, brothel, Chamber of Commerce office, college classroom, clothing store, coffee shop, restaurant, storage facility and served as campaign headquarters for Wyoming Governor Matt Mead, who has owned the building since 2006.

Last month, Mead put the storied structure on the market.
