Somebody's bad taste prank could end with a lawsuit against the TV station that posted racist names as those of the crew of Asiana flight 214.

Apologies were made, but Asiana is considering a lawsuit. The NTSB and the station are putting the blame on a summer intern's confirmation that the names were indeed correct, but obviously, were not.
