<p>It's the <strong>5th annual <a href="http://wyoparks.state.wy.us/Kids/IceFestival.aspx">Wyoming Kids Extreme Ice Festival</a></strong> from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The free event includes lots of activities for children and their families. You are encouraged to bring your sleds and other winter toys to play in the fresh snow.</p>
