We’ve made it to May. When the temperatures fluctuate on 20 to 30 degree swings, some occasional spring snow and of course, the typical 50 mph wind gusts.

It’s also the start of Cheyenne doing it’s deep thaw. Once we’ve freed ourselves from the jaws of winter, we have, what feels like, weeks on end of festivals and fun in Cheyenne, until we reunite with old man winter later in the year.

This weekend will be all about Mom for Mother’s Day, of course, but there are still some events around town, to aide in the thawing of Cheyenne that you should check out this week.
